Welcome to Elke's Backpackers Resort; Alice Springs’ cleanest and best equipped backpacker’s hostel.
Elke's Backpackers Resort is well located, just a 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Made up of just 33 rooms, Elke's is surrounded by lush green lawns and palm trees, with a large swimming pool, giving you lots of space to relax and chill out.
Situated close to all facilities in Alice Springs we offer a FREE shuttle bus service in and around town. We also do FREE pick ups from the airport, train and bus stations.
Elke's friendly staff can advise you on what to do and see in Alice Springs with local knowledge available at all times. Our Travel Desk can book your tours Australia Wide and we
specialize in 2, 3 & 5 day tours to Ayers Rock, the Olgas and Kings Canyon.
Elke's Backpackers Resort is the only hostel in Alice Springs to offer air conditioning/heating cooking facilities, fridge, toilet, bathroom and television in every room. FREE continental style breakfast is included in all our room rates. Coffee and tea are provided FREE all day.
