Mandurah is a city 50 minutes (72 km) south of Perth, Western Australia, with a population of approximately 75,000. Mandurah as a city grew from isolated holiday communities along the shores of the Peel-Harvey Estuary, and with the growth of Perth, it has become a popular lifestyle alternative. Mandurah's connection with the Perth CBD will be strengthened with the completion of the Perth-Mandurah railway line in 2007.
