A popular stop for cyclists en route to Banff of Jasper, HI-Beauty Creek also stands as a sort of monument to the natives and explorers who for centuries before camped alongside the placid waters of Beauty Creek.
Take a couple of hours and follow the Creek as it flows through eight sets of waterfalls along a limestone gorge to the foot of the magnificent Stanley Falls. Wilcox Pass and the Columbia Icefield Centre are quick 14km drive away.
This is a wilderness hostel with limited creature comforts - no running water and no flush toilets. We do offer sun showers in our new state-of-the art wash house, purified water for cooking, a refrigerator, propane stoves and lights. Due to our wilderness location, accessibility for the physically disabled is challenging. Please call for further details.
