The Cheng Feng Yuan building has a gym and swimming pool on 5th floor accept drop in pay per use. Right below this building, it has supermarket, MacDonald, and KFC. It is also very near to Dongmen, the famous Shenzhen pedestrian street.
It is an economy and clean place to stay for visiting Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It will takes around an hour to go Hong Kong DisneyLand or Kowloon Hong Kong KCR station. The border immigration open daily from 0630 to 2400.
