Villa Renata is located in a new subdivision of Medulin, about 400m from the beach. In close proximity to the house there are several interesting places for tourists such as a horse stable, diving club, tennis, mini golf, night club, several soccer (football) playing fields, general aviation airport,
etc.
The house consists of eight (8) units (30 beds), of which 4 are apartments and 4 are rooms with toilets. All of the bedrooms are bright and have many facilities including a television, bathroom, fridge and terrace. The larger apartments have a kitchen and a dining room included.
The restaurant is located in the basement of the house and will give you the best form of traditional, natural food in which you can enjoy everyday of your holiday! It's not only food, it is the love that we put in it!
Medulin is the tourist centre of Istria, located on the southern most tip of Istrian peninsula, about 10km from Pula. The city is renowned for its church that has two white towers. The Medulin archipelago consists of 11 uninhibited islands, which are accessible from the mainland. On those islands you can experience the wonders of unspoilt nature.
On the opposite side of the bay is the city Premantura, which is close to Rt. Kamenjak. It is a protected area of nature, which is famous for its beaches and bike trails. Guests can experience all this from a flight from Medulin to Pula and back. During the summer months there is a child day care centre called Suncica, which is located in Banjole and offers its services in several languages.
