As the photos show, the hotel is in a large, old Victorian family home with 3m high stained-glass windows at the top of the curving wood staircase. There are 14 rooms, ranging from singles and doubles to family, and also group-friendly rooms sleeping 4, most being en-suite. Each room has
color TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
The hotel is open all year, is centrally heated throughout and has a
lounge with wide-screen TV, a bar, breakfast room and free internet facilities, including wi-fi. There is on-site parking, cycle storage and access 24 hours. On weekends breakfast is served until 10.30am.
We have plans for a wholefood café, and extra rooms dorm-style were added this Spring , to complement the existing comfort and service expected in a modern hotel while adding freedom of choice not usually found.
