There is a terraced backyard where children of different ages may play. It is possible to barbecue in the yard any time you feel like it. You can leave your motorbike, a car or a bus into our fenced yard.
Just within a minute’s walk to the theatre (culture) house, restaurants, bars, sport facilities, and playgrounds.
The place is cosy and the district is peaceful, lots of hills and lakes surrounding it. The two-floor house includes one suit with a sauna, 3 family rooms, two of them (rooms 6 & 7) with shelters and balconies for a smaller family (room 7 has kitchenette as well) and one (room 2) with two joint rooms for a bigger family. The latter includes two rooms, where there is access to the shared shower and a toilet through the first room.
Every room has WC and a shower with a floor heating and a ventilation system. The rooms have a TV-set, a fridge and a coffee-maker. Rooms are for non-smokers and allergic people. Floors are designed by Vasarely’s stile.Rooms 4 & 5 are equipped with sleeping-shelves (two double-deckers in both).
There is a real sauna in the house, heated with firewood. A room with a fireplace for up to 10 people belongs to it. We can not offer sauna when the suit (room 1) is occupied. Taxes and car parking are included.
