Within easy reach of Brive youth hostel are visits to Sarlat, Domme, the Dordogne valley and the famous prehistoric sites of les Eyzies, Lascaux... It's also an excellent starting place to visit Rocamadour, Padirac caves and many other exceptional
sites.
The bas limousin with its picturesque villages : Collonges la Rouge, Turenne (with its castle), Aubazine, is also worth visiting. Wild scenery and numerous stectches of water will unable you to combine rest with a wide range of interest.
