We run a centrally located Berlin hostel with simple, clean facilities and good access to the local attractions and amenities, in particular a fine selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. You find shared showers and toilets on each floor. Next to Hostel Adler you find an underground and a tram station called "Oranienburger Tor".
The lively square between Linienstr., oranienburger Str. and Friedrichstr. which was synonymous with cosmopolitan entertainment in the 1920s becomes, now, one of the best starting point to discover the exciting array of galleries like the "Kunst-Werke" and the Hamburger Bahnhof (Museum of Contemporary Art); the Friedrichstr. itself is one of the most attractive shopping malls of today`s Berlin.
From Hostel Adler it takes about 15 minutes by walking to get to the Museum Island with its great collection of art from the ancient time to the 19th century, the Brandenburger Tor the Reichstag and the Alexanderplatz. Next to us you can relax and enjoy Berlin`s nightlife in numerous clubs and bars.
We do not offer any breakfast, but near our hostel you will find many cafés and bakeries offering a great variety of fine food.
