These apartments and studios are above and behind the village of Agia Efimia (Aghia Efimia) some 250 meters (5 minutes) walk from the seafront. Their slightly elevated position enables lovely views across the valley to the hillside beyond and, to the side, village and sea.
The dozen apartments are housed in two buildings and are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments and studios. All apartments & studios are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with mini-oven and fridge, a multi-channel television, telephone, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower and wick, and terrace or balcony with very good rural and side-sea views over the village.
The top floor of the first building houses two apartments and a spacious studio. The separating fences on the top floor terrace can be easily removed to enlarge the terrace if required, so this would be ideal as a combined family unit and/or for larger parties.
Although all units are slightly different in layout, furnishings and décor, they all possess a certain flair.
