New apartment house with 2 pools, air-conditioning directly next to beach entrance and 300-400m away from the city centre of
Siofok. The exclusively furnished house contains 9 apartments for 2, 4 and 6 people. Every apartment has a television set, bathroom with shower and toilette, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and air-conditioning. A terrace belongs to 7 of the apartments.
Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with swimming pool, grill and garden furniture. The house owns its own closed parking lot for many cars. There is a possibility of choosing from different catering: self-catering, breakfast, half board and full board in the restaurant of the house from May to October.
Apartments consist of living/dining area, bathroom with shower/bath, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge (and freezer), microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and more. The price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, the use of the kitchen, swimming pool and air-conditioning (wall cooling - min. 24 degrees).
Possibilities for breakfast include bread, roll or buns, salami, marmalade, butter,
omelets and more. Lunch and dinner consist of 4 different menus. Menus for vegetarians can be also ordered
