Built on elevated ground with commanding views over the city of Galway and set amidst the famed scenic beauty of Galway bay, the Burren and Connemara, St. Mary’s College is the diocesan college for boys aged 12 to 18 years from the diocese of Galway, Kilmacdua and Kilfenora.
Through its academic programmed and its high emphasis on sport and other leisure pursuits such as drama and debating, St. Mary’ College aims at providing the fullest and best opportunity for harmonious growth of each student in his intellectual, physical and aesthetic development. By providing an extensive range of sporting, leisure and cultural activities, St. Mary’s College encourages participation as a positive experience in each pupil's personal development.
