CA' LEON is the ideal place in Venice to lodge guests looking for cheap sleeping & eating in a relaxing and confortable atmosphere.
Our establishment is located very close to Canal Grande, just 1 minute walk from the car/bus terminal Piazzale Roma and just 3 minutes walk from the train station Santa Lucia and also very close to all water-buses (vaporetto) for all directions.
Our typical Venetian Palace of the 14th century overlooks a quite side canal, the main entrance is in our private, peaceful courtyard and the whole establishment has been just restored in July 2005. We have shared mixed rooms and private rooms: all rooms have furniture stylistic decorated and come with bathroom and shower, air-conditioning, heating, color TV, fridge-mini bar, linen and towels. Some rooms have canal view and the others have private courtyard view. There is no curfew in operation.
Our bar-restaurant MIRABAR facing the Canal Grande is open from early in the morning till late in the night and here our guests can check-in, have breakfast (a slight Italian breakfast is included in the room price), lunch and dinner. Special prices for guests who wish to have half-board or full-board.
