» Description This is a Day hostel (as well as night, of course). If your train comes in early in the morning (and most of the ferries depart in the late afternoon or early evening) we can offer you transport to and from the hostel train station port beach. A day stay also includes hot showers, bed (clean sheets included), luggage deposit, and anything else a weary traveller would need for their day stay in Bindisi.

Our young, English speaking personnel will make sure that you’ll find a warm, welcoming, international, and relaxed atmosphere. We offer everything you may need for the perfect break during your trip. The building itself is open, spacious and airy, and there are places to relax, read, enjoy the sun, and of course there is a vibrant social atmosphere at no extra charge.

We are also close to the beach and harbor and provide daily trips to the beach, drop off and pick up in time to catch the ferry. There is no lock-out. There are 2 TVs (satellite) and the occasional film to enjoy. There is also music and caring staff. The atmosphere here is very homey and enjoyable: you won't want to leave!

Our facilities include internet access, phone (we sell phone cards if needed), laundry, library & book exchange, bar/café (open reeeeaaally late), private parking, darts & basketball, and a cozy fireplace to warm yourself and socialize by when its cold.

There are also delicious home cooked meals for lunch and supper (served outside under canopy in the summertime) some of which are local favorites, and a small breakfast of cakes, fruit, juice or coffee. The bar and café are private and prices are cheaper than local bars.
