The hostel "Villa Severi", at Arezzo, is situated in a peaceful area with plenty of parks and gardens, surrounded by vaste open spaces and equipped with a wide car park, so that it represents an ideal place - relaxing and confortable - both for those who are passing through Arezzo and for people who decide to stay in this city for a certain period, in order to know its historical, artistical and cultural beauties.
The aristocratic building which Houses the hostel dates back to the end of the 16th Century - beginning of the 17th; formerly residence of the famous mathematician Francesco Severi (1879 - 1961), the building was recently restored (1989).
The hostel is composed of three floors; its bed-space is of 71 units, placed in 12 rooms modernly furnished and provided with several bathrooms outside (with showers and hot water). Other utilities available are the following: Kitchen, dining room, where, conferences, stages and training courses can be held as well.
