Nestled on the shores of Lake Baikal in the small, picturesque Village of Listvyanka, some 70 km from the town of Irkutsk, our guest house provides an exceptional base for exploring the flora and fauna of this world's largest freshwater lake Baikal and its surrounds.
Our guesthouse of 10 comfortable rooms is located in very picturesque setting on a hill slope overlooking the Baikal Lake and has a good view of St. Nicolas Orthodox Church and surrounding taiga woods.
Spacious verandah of the hotel has a panoramic view of the lake and is a good place to have lunch or dinner in summer, while viewing spectacular lakes water surface mountain ranges on the opposite side or sunsets over the lake. Here you find homelike atmosphere and Siberian hospitality. Our comfortable double and twin rooms have all major amenities, there’s a cozy lounge with fireplace.
Extra facilities: Russian “banya” - sauna & small open-air swimming pool, transfers from Irkutsk by a private car, boat trips to the opposite bank of lake Baikal where you find the historical “Circum Baikal Railroad”, walking tours to the nearest places of interest, picnics in the Siberian forest.
Dining facilities fresh breakfasts included. Lunches and dinners are additional: Siberian cuisine featuring a number of specialties like salmon white or omul fish and tasty Siberian meat dumplings.
