These flats at Blackfriars Street are situated in the Cowgate area of the Old Town. The Cowgate & Grassmarket areas are towards the southern end of the Old Town. This bustling area is filled with clubs, pubs, music venues and restaurants/coffee shops. It's a particularly busy spot and for the locals, it's usually their first stop on a night out.
This development is small with only 7 flats. Each flat consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen/ breakfast bar and a shower room. The flats have recently been refurbished and the kitchens are fully equipped.
Some flats come with 2 doubles and others with a twin and a single.
