» Description Luxury hostel in Highland Perthshire with stunning scenery, castles, distilleries, adventure sports and more yet only 1 hour from Edinburgh or Glasgow.

A warm welcome to Comrie Croft! The Croft is a traditional Scottish farmstead which has been converted to offer modern, cosy and spacious self-catering accommodation while keeping the character of our 200-year-old stone, wood and slate building.

The Lodge is set in an area of outstanding scenic beauty where the Scottish Highlands rise up from the lowlands. We offer the ultimate location for getting into the great outdoors without travelling for hours to get there! On our land you can walk, mountain bike (bikes for hire), fish (equipment for hire) or swim in the loch. Or simply enjoy the freedom and peace of our woods and hills.

Virtually on our doorstep and accessible by local bus or car in around 10 minutes are Loch Lomond National Park (at Loch Earn), Scotland's Oldest Distillery, the conservation village of Comrie, Crieff - a bustling market town, eerie castles, quiet glens, 3000 foot mountains, waterfalls, standing stones, and a whole lot more! And don't forget - if you are into adrenaline, Perthshire is the place for adventure sports - we can arrange white-water rafting, canyoning, abseiling and a variety of wacky experiences. If all that sounds exhausting how about a pint by the fire in a local pub or a cup of tea and cake in the village tearoom? Or use our barbeque to enjoy the long summer evenings in the courtyard!

Families are particularly welcome - we have lots of things for kids to do, safety and space for them to run around, and there are some memorable attractions in the area for kids and adults, even if its raining - like throwing your own ceramic pots or visiting the highland cattle and wildlife centre!
