This is a modern 7 Storey building with lift access. It is situated in the safe, residential part of Geylang and yet, it is near many amenities like restaurants, churches, temples, places of interest and the subway station (MRT).
The rooms are clean and neat. Bed linen and towels are provided free. The owners run schools and are particular about cleanliness, respectability and safety.
