Welcome to International Youth Hostel 'Balaclava Backpackers', the first backpackers hostel in Crimea. This hostel offers simple, affordable, sustainable, friendly and clean accommodation for visitors to this attractive and historic town.
We extend a warm welcome to groups large and small, to single people, couples, and families with children. Rooms are available for sole occupancy or as shared accommodation. We invite you to come and discover one of the most interesting places in Ukraine.
International Youth Hostel 'Balaclava Backpackers' is open all year, 24 hours every day. Check in/check out time is 12.00 noon.
The hostel, which forms part of a substantial two-storey building, has a total of 105 beds, 9 toilets and 9 showers. Bedrooms vary in size, the smallest containing 3 beds, the largest 9 bedded dormitories. Hot water is available at certain times of day (information about times is posted within the hostel) and at other times by arrangement.
There is a common room with a TV and a piano, a gym, a secluded central courtyard, and enough space for some ball games, particularly volleyball, basketball and football.
