This beautiful hostel, built in the 1930s, was originally a Coast Guard station. Hostelling International Truro is the furthest HI hostel out on the 'arm' of the Cape. Located in the Cape Cod National Seashore, the hostel is just a two-minute walk from the beach. Large picture windows provide a breathtaking view from the spacious kitchen and dining area.
The hostel provides quick access to fresh water ponds, bike paths, cranberry bogs, and nature trails throughout the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Just 10 miles down the road, travellers can explore the great town of Provincetown--a mecca for artists where there are numerous art galleries and craft shops.
If you are real hard to impress you can go whale watching with the best fleets in the world (discounts available to hostel guests) or just take a walk on the trails through the dunes and marshes.
You may arrive any time between noon and 10 pm. Children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
