Location is the trade-off. The Tower is a 22-minute walk or a 10-minute LAM Rossa bus ride; you are not staying here for proximity to Piazza dei Miracoli. You are staying here for early-RyanAir convenience (PSA airport is 5 min by PisaMover from Centrale), late-train arrivals, the bar, and the chain's predictable operations.
