What eMKa gets right: the location-to-price ratio. For €22–28 a dorm bed or €55–75 a private in this pocket of Śródmieście — where the nearest hotel starts at €130 — you get Old Town walkability, Nowy Świat bar access, and the Chopin Museum (free Sundays) all within 10 minutes. Shared kitchen means you can skip the tourist-trap restaurants on Nowy Świat and cook with groceries from Żabka at Świętokrzyska M1 metro.

What it isn't: a social-events hostel, a party hostel, or a capsule hostel. There are no bar crawls, no rooftop, no pool.
