You're 8 minutes walk from the Roman Arena, 4 from the Roman Theater (Mali Rimski Kazalište), 5 from the Forum, and 6 from the harbor. It's the most central hostel in Pula, full stop, and the location is the entire reason to come.
The dorms are the differentiator: pod-style bunk beds with full curtains, individual reading lights, USB sockets, and lockers inside the bed itself. You get genuine privacy in a 6-bed or 8-bed dorm, which most hostels in Pula don't deliver. The kitchen is oversized — two stovetops, two ovens, a long table that seats 12 — and the bathrooms are plentiful enough that you don't queue at 09:00. AC is in every room. 24h reception means late arrivals from the bus station are no problem.
The move with this hostel is to use it as a 1-3 night Pula base for sightseeing and Old Town nightlife. You're 7 minutes from the Cvajner Caffe / Forum bar circuit, 10 from Mimoza and P14 (alternative bars), and the night-bus stops are on your doorstep.
