The full guest kitchen is a real one — stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware — which is unusual at this price and makes long-stays viable. There's also a fitness room (small, but functional), a washing machine for guests, and bicycle parking for the riverside-to-Sremski-Karlovci ride.
