Tips for Choosing a Hostel with Rooftop Bar in Thessaloniki

Zeus is Loose opens the rooftop at 17:00 but the sunset crowd arrives after 19:30 — grab a corner couch on the west-facing wall before 19:00 if you want a seat without negotiating.

Stay Hybrid's rooftop has only eight couches and no reservations — on Friday and Saturday nights in summer, couches fill by 20:00. Weekday sunsets are much emptier.
