Dizzy Daisy Hostel
Chill Old Town hostel for travellers who want to sleep
A chill, design-lean Old Town hostel on Pędzichów with mixed and female dorms, a bright shared kitchen, and a lounge built for board games rather than bar crawls. Nine minutes walk to Rynek Główny, three to the train station.
Dizzy Daisy Kraków occupies a townhouse on Pędzichów, a quiet residential street a short walk north of the Main Square and three minutes from Kraków Główny train station. The building has been renovated with the kind of warm, unfussy design that signals 'real hostel' rather than 'branded experience' — exposed brick in the common room, a proper kitchen with two full stoves, and lockers that actually work.
The social programme is deliberately minimal: no bar crawls, no in-house DJ, no 19:00 dinner. Instead, a well-stocked board game shelf, a movies-and-chill corner, and staff who will genuinely mark up your city map with favourite pierogi spots. Dorms are 4, 6, and 8 beds, both mixed and female-only, and quiet hours are observed.
If you've done Krakow's party circuit already or you're not interested in it, Dizzy Daisy is the reset. It is also one of the best-value private doubles in the Old Town (around 55 EUR) with genuinely quiet sleep.

“Very comfortable stay. Clean rooms, great kitchen, and staff were lovely and gave us a list of restaurants and bars that wasn't just the touristy stuff. Would definitely return.”
“Perfect if you want social but not party. Played board games with a random mix of Europeans most evenings. Kitchen actually useful for cooking, which is rare.”
“Me quedé en el dormitorio femenino y fue muy tranquilo. Good location, 3 min walk from the main train station which is ideal for early departures. Recommended.”
