The clientele is a genuine mix: European school groups on organised trips, budget cyclists passing through on the Eurovelo 5, and long-stay renovation contractors working on the eastern-ring housing. Staff are small-team and friendly, but English is limited on some shifts — Dutch and French are safer bets.
